Shipping & Delivery
All domestic orders are processed and shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), unless specified otherwise. International shipping at this moment available ONLY in exceptional cases and upon request by customer. All orders are usually ship within 1-2 business days from the date received, unless there is a problem and the customer cannot be reached. USPS shipping usually takes 4-5 business days, depending on your location. Usually all shipped orders have tracking number, which can be followed at https://www.usps.com.

Return Policy & Instructions
Please send us an email or contact us here before returning any merchandise. (In the subject line please indicate Return).
The Best of Times is unable to offer exchanges at this time. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. Absolutely no returns after 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
Shortages or any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Claims made after 48 hours will be refused. There is NO refund for the items with broken glass, missing parts or color change and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

For return, please download and fill out our Repair Merchandise Authorization Form and submit it via email to tbtwatches@gmail.com. Once we review the request, we will confirm it with a RMA number if it is timely and if it is in accordance with other parts of our return policy. All merchandise received without RMA number will be refused. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once the customer receives the confirmation and RMA number, customer will need to print filled out RMA form including the RMA number and ship it along with original sales invoice and the returning item.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please allow two weeks for the item to reach us and to get processed. Once the returning item will be received by our return department, decision will be made upon inspection of returned item.

If all of the above is satisfied and all the steps completed customer will get a refund. It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied or any other decision has been made.

The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards). Credits applied to Bill Me Later accounts may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your statement (up to one full billing cycle). Credits issued to PayPal account should reflect on your account immediately, but according to PayPal, it could still take up to 30 days for you to receive your funds.

The Best of Times (TBTwatches) is not responsible for returns lost via the carrier or method through which the return was made.

Viewing Orders
To check on your order, please visit the “My Account” tab at the left side of the page. Once logged in, feel free to review any "My Orders" link at the left side of your dashboard, and click “View” if you wish to see further order details.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information such as name, password, email addess and others please visit “My Account” tab. Once logged in, you are going to be able to review and edit your account information under "Account Information" link at the left side of the page.
